Welcome to ERPLax by EchoPx Technologies. These Terms govern your use of api.erplax.ai and all ERPLax SaaS ERP services. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ERPLax, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2 Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years of age or represent a registered business entity
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
3 Your ERP Instance
Upon successful payment, ERPLax provisions a dedicated ERP instance including a unique subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.erplax.ai), isolated database, and full admin access.
You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, all activity under your instance, and ensuring it is used only for lawful business purposes. Notify us immediately at support@erplax.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4 Subscription & Billing
Payments
All subscriptions are pre-paid and processed through Razorpay. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change but existing subscriptions are unaffected until renewal.
Renewal & Expiry
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — manual renewal required
- A 7-day grace period applies after expiry
- After the grace period, the instance is suspended but data is retained for 30 days
- After 30 days of suspension, instance data may be permanently deleted
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure or other clients' instances
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the ERPLax platform or licensing system
- Resell or sublicense access to your instance without written consent
⚠️ Attempting to bypass the subscription/licence enforcement system will result in immediate termination without refund.
6 Data & Security
Each instance has a fully isolated database. EchoPx Technologies does not access your business data except for technical support with your explicit permission. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data.
7 Intellectual Property
The ERPLax platform — including all code, modules, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of EchoPx Technologies. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your business. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of ERPLax without prior written consent.
8 Limitation of Liability
EchoPx Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ERPLax, unauthorised data access, or service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in your current subscription period.
9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your instance without notice if you violate these Terms. No refund will be issued for termination due to breach. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@erplax.in — refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, India.
