How quickly will my ERP be ready?

Your ERPLax instance is fully deployed and ready within 2–5 minutes after successful payment. You'll receive login credentials to your email immediately after deployment.
What modules can I choose?

You can choose from POS, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Ecommerce, Customer Management, Lead Management, and more. You also have the option to install additional modules anytime from your admin panel under Settings → Modules.
What happens when my plan expires?
+
Your instance enters a 7-day grace period after expiry. During this time you can renew without any data loss. After the grace period the instance is suspended but data is retained for another 30 days.
Is the annual plan really 20% cheaper?

Yes. When you switch to the Annual toggle above, all prices update to reflect the 20% discount automatically. The annual plan is billed once for the full year.
Is my data secure and isolated?

Absolutely. Every client gets a completely isolated deployment — separate server directory, separate database, and its own SSL certificate. No data is shared between instances.
Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Contact our support team at support@erplax.in and we'll help you migrate to a higher plan. Your data and configurations will remain intact.
