1 Important Note

ERPLax subscriptions involve immediate provisioning of real infrastructure โ€” DNS records, SSL certificates, isolated databases, and Git deployments are all created at the time of payment. Because of this, our refund window is limited.

2 Cancellation Policy

We may cancel your subscription due to Terms violations, suspected fraud, deployment failure, or payment issues. In case of cancellation due to our error, a full refund will be processed.
