1 Important Note
ERPLax subscriptions involve immediate provisioning of real infrastructure โ DNS records, SSL certificates, isolated databases, and Git deployments are all created at the time of payment. Because of this, our refund window is limited.
2 Cancellation Policy
By You
- Before Deployment: Contact us within 30 minutes of payment before deployment starts for a full refund
- After Deployment: Cancellations are subject to our refund eligibility criteria below
By ERPLax
We may cancel your subscription due to Terms violations, suspected fraud, deployment failure, or payment issues. In case of cancellation due to our error, a full refund will be processed.
3 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
- Your instance could not be deployed due to a technical error on our end and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- You cancel within 30 minutes of payment before deployment begins
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription (duplicate payment)
- The ERPLax platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription
4 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after a successful deployment
- Failure to use the instance after deployment
- Subscription expiry without renewal
- Suspension due to Terms violations
- Issues caused by modifying or tampering with your own instance
- Partial subscription periods (no pro-rata refunds)
โ ๏ธ Attempting to bypass the subscription/licence system will result in immediate termination without refund.
5 Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method:

Write to support@erplax.in with your company name, registered email, and transaction ID.
Describe the Issue
Provide a clear description with any screenshots or error messages.
Review
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Refund Processed
If approved, refund is initiated within 1โ2 business days as per the timeline above.
